Project: Theming and running of audio visual for educational meeting

Client: Shire Pharmaceuticals (for Resolute)

Description: For an educational meeting for healthcare professionals in Barcelona a theme was developed, and then seen through to a successful conclusion

We at BOX BEAR Ltd designed a theme of 'Not everything is as it appears to be.' Using Dali art and a 3D artist (link?) we demonstrated through optical illusions the way things can be hidden in plain view. We developed a short movie using animations and 2D effects to show how these images could be made visible.

Then at the venue we provided all audio visual support to our client, running the entire show from lighting to capturing the presentations on film, having the 3D art on display to the delegates as well as the movie, linking all of this back to the science of the brand. It was a successful meeting and has been described as memorable.
